Shorter lines at your festival booth
At a festival, people who see a long line walk to the next booth. With Swish they scan your QR code, order and pay by text from wherever they are, and come to your booth only to pick up.
Orders from anywhere at the event
- Customers scan your QR code or text your number, even when it's too loud to talk.
- Swish takes as many orders at once as come in, so the busiest hour doesn't back up at your window.
- People walking by see a short line and stop at your booth.
Nothing misheard over the music
- Every item and change is written out on your tablet, so there is nothing to mishear over the crowd.
- Only paid orders reach your grill, so no food is wasted on no-shows.
- The customer is texted when the order is ready and shows a big, bright order number at pickup. Nobody has to shout a name.
Set up with what you already carry
- It runs on a phone or tablet you already own. There is no hardware to buy and no POS system required.
- Your crew taps each item as it is cooked, and can still enter walk-up orders at the booth.
- Text, QR and walk-up orders all land in one list, first come, first served.
What do I need at my booth?
A phone or tablet with an internet connection. There is no hardware to buy. If the internet goes down, ordering stops until it is back, so keep pen and paper as a backup.
What about customers who don't want to scan a QR code?
Your staff can enter the order for them on the same screen. Ordering by text does not move a customer ahead of the people who ordered before them.
What does it cost?
You can start with a free trial. After that, you choose one of two plans: $99 a month with a 0.89% transaction fee, or $0 a month with a 3.5% transaction fee. On both plans, each order Swish takes by text has a $1.00 usage fee, and your dedicated ordering number is $2.50 a month. Orders your staff enter at the window have no usage fee.
