Do I need a POS system or a card reader?

No. There is no hardware to buy. All you need is a phone or tablet with an internet connection in your truck. If the internet goes down, ordering stops until it is back, so keep pen and paper as a backup.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. They scan your QR code or text your number, and everything happens in their normal text messages and a secure payment page.

What does it cost?

You can start with a free trial. After that, you choose one of two plans: $99 a month with a 0.89% transaction fee, or $0 a month with a 3.5% transaction fee. On both plans, each order Swish takes by text has a $1.00 usage fee, and your dedicated ordering number is $2.50 a month. Orders your staff enter at the window have no usage fee.
